VET CSR in Sport Club

PROJECT: „VET CSR IN SPORT CLUB”

Programme: EEA Grants, The Education Programme
Agreement: EOG_21_K3_W_0021
Implementation: 01.01.2022 – 30.12.2023

Project Objective

Preparation of a package of training materials supporting counselling and vocational orientation classes for primary school students.

Classes will be held at modern sports stadiums. The test activities carried out at the MKS Cracovia SSA stadium will then be made available to all interested parties.

Vocational orientation classes at the stadium will use the students’ fascination with sport, football and modern facilities, so that students will be happy to participate in the prepared lessons. Vocational orientation classes conducted at the stadium will include visiting the stadium combined with meetings with practitioners and presentations of various professions performed by specialists at the stadium.

The whole project is designed to help students in the conscious selection of the profile of the secondary school.

The VET CSR at the sports club is utilizing funding amounting to €79,020.00 received from Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway as part of the EEA Grants.

The project aims to prepare a set of training materials supporting career counselling and guidance sessions for primary school students, conducted at football stadiums.

The EEA Grants represent the contribution of Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway to building a greener, more competitive, and socially integrated Europe.

There are two overarching goals: reducing economic and social disparities in Europe and strengthening bilateral relations between donor states and 15 EU countries from Central and Southern Europe and the Baltic Sea region.

The three Donor States closely collaborate with the EU under the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA). Donors have contributed €3.3 billion through successive fund programs from 1994 to 2014. The EEA Grants for the period 2014–2021 amount to €1.55 billion.
